My love of quilting began with the need for a small quilt. It was to be used as a cover for a a Barbie bed (made by my husband) which we were selling on eBay. While we used my mom's quilt for the pictures (it was the better of the two), the pure joy we felt in making our quilts was all that mattered. easy and fun From that point on, JB (mom) and I were hooked. After some some basic instruction from Alex Anderson's Start Quilting, we took turns machine piecing on JB's Singer. It wasn't long before I decided to purchased a machine of my own. To date, I've made several wall hangings, 2 lap quilts, and one paper-pieced pine tree.
